Work, Network, Impress.

Just few steps from Piazza Cordusio in Milan, Meravili – House of Business offers a unique workspace concept featuring private offices, lounges, meeting rooms, event areas, a bar with services, and concierge support. The historic building, located at Via Meravigli 2A and 4, serves as the home of both Milanese and international business, blending classic elegance with modernity and advanced technology.
Additionally, Meravili boasts a multi-room event space situated on the ground floor of the building — Wonder Event Space.

Sustainable Architecture and Innovation

Meravili stands out for its unique blend of history and innovation. Designed with sustainability in mind, the building reflects Milan’s architectural tradition while offering state-of-the-art workspaces.

Design

Meravili is a place of prestige, impressing with the refinement of its materials, volumes, and details. It is also a space where the work performance of each member takes center stage, with spaces, services, and enabling technology designed to support productivity.

Comfort, acoustics, and lighting are meticulously designed: Meravili aims to enhance the well-being – not just the professional one – of those who inhabit its spaces.

The design and setup of the location are entrusted to the AlErta architecture studio, led by Roberta Famà and Alessandra Vaccari, which collaborates with iconic national and international design brands.

The spaces are designed to incorporate greenery and signature furnishings that are both functional and comfortable, distributed according to the principle of activity-based working: areas for individual productivity in complete privacy or shared environments, spaces for small team collaboration, dedicated company areas, and venues for meetings and events accommodating 4 to 100 people.

The design encourages social interaction and the development of a business community and beyond, through common areas designed to foster spontaneous networking among members.
